Using southernspinlist.com means you accept these terms. They're brief because the site is simple: free games, virtual coins, nothing bought or sold.

1. What this site is

Southern Spin List is a free-to-play social casino — entertainment software that imitates casino game mechanics using valueless virtual coins. It is not gambling. We are not a gambling operator, not a casino, not an affiliate of any gambling business, and not licensed or regulated by any gambling authority, because nothing here requires it.

2. Age requirement

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you meet that age. Although no money is involved, the games use gambling-style mechanics and we don't consider them suitable for minors.

3. Virtual coins

Coins are provided free: a starting balance, a daily top-up, and an unlimited manual reset. Coins have no monetary value of any kind. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or won as prizes. Your balance lives in your own browser's storage; clearing that storage deletes it, and we can't restore it because we never had it.

4. Fair play, both ways

We promise the games follow their published rules and use unbiased randomness — no rigged outcomes, no engineered near misses. In return, don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the site. (Editing your own coin balance in your own browser harms nobody and we genuinely don't mind.)
