What we know about you: almost nothing

Southern Spin List has no accounts, no sign-ups, no advertising, no analytics scripts and no tracking pixels. This policy is short because there's honestly not much to disclose.

Information stored on your device

The site keeps a few values in your browser's local storage: your virtual coin balance, the date of your last daily top-up, and your cookie-banner choice. This data never leaves your device — we have no server that collects it, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it completely. Details live in the cookie policy.

Information we receive

Like any website, our hosting provider's servers process technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages, and standard server logs may exist for security and reliability. We don't use this data to identify or profile anyone.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers; Google's own privacy policy covers that processing. No other third-party service is embedded anywhere on the site.

Email

If you write to hello@southernspinlist.com, we'll have your email address and whatever you chose to tell us. We use it to reply, keep it no longer than the conversation needs, and never share it or add it to any list.

Children

The site is for adults aged 18 and over and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone, children included — the design collects nothing from anybody.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you and request corrections. Given the above, the answer will almost always be "an email you sent us, if any" — but you're welcome to ask at any time via the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won't quietly start collecting things — that would rather spoil the point of the site.
